”Whom do you need to forgive?”

I have been in a frustrated mood last few days and I kept experiencing the desire to accomplish things without finding the energy to do so. I’ve builded a tick wall of frustration between me and the rest of the world. Today I pulled the card ”Whom do you need to forgive” as card of the day and I knew the answer. Everyone and myself. It wasn’t about forgiving an individual. I had to release all the anger I’ve built and remember my direct connection to Spirit. Yep the one with capital S :)

On daily basis we see people even ourselves believing in lack, acting with fear and hurting each other. We are not blind the each other’s pain. We are all one, having individual experiences. Yet through our oneness we absorb so much of that we don’t need. Sometimes we must stop and release before going any further. As we release the pain, they will absorb our peace. We should be peaceful and harmonious not only to heal ourselves but to serve others. We are all in this together and no body is going no where until the last soul is ascended and leave the cycle of birth and death.

Don’t stay angry. Affirm peace until it no longer needs affirming. Repeat words of peace until they flow out of your mouth will full conviction. Only then they create miracles. Speak good for others but also with the same conviction when you say ”poor girl, she needs help”. You believed so strongly that she was poor and needed help. Everything your physical eye you saw confirmed it. Now see her with the eye of your spirit and acknowledge they are one with Spirit. See the divine spark in their heart. Nothing they did or others did to them can alter that spark. See them seeing Spirit, peace and harmony in everything.

First, acknowledge your own peace and divinity. I spoke the words below for myself:

”I love myself. I love. I am Love. I am calm and surrounded by Peace. Calm flows to me and through me. I’m a part of the Divine Source, All That Is, Spirit. I refuse to feel the feelings and think the thoughts that make me feel anything less. (By then I felt negativity resolve and leave my body and peace came in). I know that I am connected to my source all times and my every action is divinely guided. I let replace the need of control with faith in my divine guidance. Now my soul rests remembering that all is well.”

Then it was time to make peace with others after I made my peace with myself.

”I forgive everyone whom I came in contact with. I see the divine in them and I love their soul. Their appearance and words do not upsets me. Their fear does not move me. As I stand my peaceful ground fear moves away from me. We all come from a Source that knows nothing but love and we are on our way back to our Source. Together. I love them, forgive them and thank them. They are my siblings, lovers and teachers.”

I spoke all this out loud with a firm voice. The first time they were just words. Second time I spoke slower hearing what I said, absorbing it, believing in it. Then I just sat there and let what I heard sank in. Next, peace came. It filled my body and washed away all the rest. Now I feel just fine. Even the pain in my feet seem to relax. I barely feel it.

Once in a session I called Florence Scovel Shinn and asked what she thought of us modern authors in the area of metaphysics and she wished we were not so complicated with teaching simple principles in many words and volumes. So there, I won’t go on and on about it. These are the words that I used to re-gain my peace. These are the words that came to surface when I had to ”speak for myself”. You can affirm your peace and forgiveness in anyway you want to.You need no script to affirm your peace. Speak your heart.
